1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Orders placed after 3:00 PM (GMT) or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

2. Delivery Times & Methods

We currently deliver across the United Kingdom using reliable courier partners such as DPD, Royal Mail, and Evri.

3. Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email so you can monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Delivery Delays

While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen courier or weather issues may occasionally cause delays. If your delivery is delayed, we will notify you immediately via email or phone.

6. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available at the delivery address, our courier will attempt re-delivery or leave a calling card with instructions to reschedule your delivery.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your item arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us within 48 hours at info@toptierdistributions.co.uk with your order number and photos (if applicable). We will arrange a replacement or refund after investigation.

8. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. For future expansion to Europe or other regions, updates will be posted on our website.

Your payment card will be debited immediately after placing your order.
All prices include applicable UK taxes (VAT).
